Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Starlink Installation Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. -
Service Description
Starlink Installation Pros provides professional installation services for Starlink satellite systems, including dish mounting, network cable installation, and router setup. -
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information for service requests and ensuring your location is suitable for Starlink installation. -
Payment Terms
Payment details, including fees, payment methods, and due dates, will be specified at the time of service agreement. Full payment is required to initiate the installation process. -
Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Deposit / Trip Fee: The deposit/trip fee is refundable up to 24-hours prior to the scheduled install date or up to 1 month after the initial payment.
- If you have a situation where the installation is not able to be completed, there will not be any additional charges outside of your initial deposit (trip fee).

Installation Guarantee
Anything regarding the installation is guaranteed up to 30 days after the installation. This does not include defective hardware. -
Invoice Close Out
Once the install is complete, you will be invoiced by email. You have 48 hours to pay or respond with any issues regarding your installation or invoice. Beyond 48-hours, we will conveniently close out your invoice with the credit card on file. -
Returned Materials
Materials purchased from Starlink Installation Pros but not used during the installation may be returned for a full refund.

- Starlink Installation Pros must be notified about any returns within the 48-hour period after the installation is completed.
- Once the return label is sent you have 5 days to ship the product for full refund. If the product is not shipped within 5 days, your invoice will be closed, and the prepaid refund labels will no longer be valid.

Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Starlink Installation Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. -
SMS Messaging
By opting in, you agree to periodically receive customer care messages via SMS text to facilitate your installation. Standard messaging rates may apply. For assistance, email [email protected]. To opt-out, reply ‘STOP’ at any time. Full details are available within our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. -
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the service is provided. -
